DGM/General Manager - Sales & Marketing - Long Products (10-15 yrs)
Position Description:
Position Name: Sales & Marketing - Commodity
Location: Mumbai

Experience: 10-15 Years
Purpose of the Job: The incumbent has to play a vital role in long-term plan for achieving a company's goals by understanding the needs of customers and creating a distinct and sustainable competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
i. 10 years' experience in sales of long commodities (RB + WR + Sections). Should have lead a team managing distribution and sales.
ii. Understanding of demand clusters in India
iii. Experience in creation and expansion of distribution networks, preferable Pan India (West India should be a must)
iv. Understanding of branding and implementation of the brand campaigns
v. Dealer management
vi. Build a successful model for distribution for AMNS along with creation of the marketing plan
vii. Have excellent contacts with the key distributors
viii. Experience in dealing with large construction/ OEM/ Project accounts for direct supplies of material from Mill.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must be a part to steel industry for product line of wire rod/Angle/ billets/ TMT Bar/ Re-bar/ sheet Metal/Shafts.
- Should have previous working experience as a Marketing Strategist for at least 10 Years
- B.Tech/B.E or MBA in Marketing (Fulltime)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude
