DGM/General Manager - Finance - Banking (10-15 yrs)
DGM/GM - Finance
The incumbent must be qualified CA with 10-15 years of experience in relevant experience in Managing banking relationships, Treasury & Working capital Management, Banking compliance from large manufacturing organization.
KRA :
- Managing banking relationships
- Co-ordination with Credit Rating Agency
- Negotiating and availing WCDL Loans on continuous basis
- Co-ordination with Bank Appointed Auditors for Stock Audits
- Renewal of Sanctioned Limits and liaison for better terms
- Timely review and advise on different RBI regulated norms.
- Data Sharing on regular basis with Bankers and addressing their queries
- Availing New Limits as per requirement
- Loan documentations
- Documentation for ICDs availed between Group Companies and compliance with SOP
- Managing Fixed Deposits and other categories of investments and redemptions
- Foreign Exchange liasioning
- Review of banking operations
- BG Preparation, extension, renewal, closure
- Conversant with Banking Covenant Compliance like Stock Statement, FFR-I & II, DDR etc.
- Other banking compliances
Age limit : Not exceeding 45-46 years.
Location : Kolkata
Perks and Benefits : CTC : Rs. 30,00,000-40,00,000 p.a approximately
