DGM/General Manager - Finance & Accounts - Agri (5-15 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Lead Team of financial reporting, MIS, Tax returns
- Complete financial accounting and forecasting
- Deliver reports and metrics to leadership (Weekly and Monthly)
- Leading Statutory Audits and Compliance reviews
- Ensure streamlining Payments, ERP implementation & SOP creation
- Developing monthly MIS reports for measuring the financial metrices.
- Ensuring grant accounting
- Managing currency hedging, trade financing (Forex Management)
- Dealing with Banks across India and UAE for Banking facilities and working capital optimization
- Ensuring export related documentation and smooth functioning of export trades
Qualifications/Eligibility
- Qualified CA with 8 -16 years of relevant experience.
- Start-up/Agri industry experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Ability to systematically process, measure and verify financial and accounting information
