Title : DGM Finance Transformation
Role :
- Focus on defining and delivering the Finance Transformation strategy. Partner with GBS and other key stakeholders in driving strategy and the ability to inspire and motivate the teams.
- Work with GBS and other global key stakeholders in accounting & finance teams to enable process and system improvements, and influence change that will globally scale the finance organization through maximizing the use of GBS.
- Collaborate with IDS on a regular basis to communicate technology needs of the Finance transformation.
Desired Skill set:
- Accounting Graduate, finance, business or related discipline
- Certifications: CA/CPA a plus
- 17+ years of combined management and finance experience, including service delivery center experience
- Strong communication skills (i.e., written, oral, and presentation) with the ability to lead meetings
- Ability to work hard to tight deadlines for a demanding client base
- Previous experience of working with SAP/GEOS/Oracle.
