DGM - Finance & Accounts - CA - BPO/IT/ITES

We are looking for DGM - F&A for one of the IT/ITES (TOP 3) Outsourcing company.

Educational Qualification: CA is mandatory

Location: Gurgaon

JOB Description:

CA with minimum 10 Years of total experience necessarily in Finance & Accounts with 5+years of experience in Service delivery and Record to report.

- Strong understanding of Record to report within Finance & Accounting.

- Minimum 8+ years of experience of US Finance industry.

- Team & Stakeholder Management

- Energetic professional with strong valuation skills.

- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate to Client and others levels.

- Will manage a team size of 150+ people.

- A good team player with strong coordination skills. Ability to manage smaller teams and work with across teams/locations to accomplish goals in a timely manner.
