DGM - Finance & Account - Real Estate/Infra (10-20 yrs)

Qualification : CA & MBA preferable

Professional Experience : Min 10 to 20 years post qualification

Position Summary :

- Work closely with the CFO and the position demands to strategically review and monitor the various activities of the entity regarding Finance, Budgeting, Cash flows, Compliances and Business plan.

- Dealing with Financial Institutions & Banks for raising the needed fund and having the continuous Liaison with them.

- Reviewing of various expenditure and control the same with innovative ideas.

- Review and analysis Procurement process appropriately.

- Monitor the progress of the various Projects as per Budget.

Key Performance Indicators:

1) MIS & Statutory Compliances:

Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports (i.e. Business Reviews / Board Meeting / Governing Body Meetings etc.)

2) Systems & Processes:

- Identify and introduce effective monitoring systems for internal controls, cost effective measures and Credit Control systems, with a view to strengthening those in line with best practices.

- Coordinate and support all subsidiaries / manufacturing facilities of F&A.

3) Budgeting:

- Preparation of short term and long term budgets for the entire group.

- Closely working on Annual Operating Plans and Rolling forecasts.

- Have an oversight on the cash flows and keep a close watch on receivables.

- Cash flow planning to ensure smooth running of the business.

- Strictly monitoring the budgets and escalate deviations from time to time.

4) Team Building:

Be a team player and continuously work towards developing skills of all the team members with a view to increasing productivity on a continuous basis.
