DGM - Employee Relations - Manufacturing Firm (15-18 yrs)

Role - Lead the Manufacturing HR

Location - Hosur, Tamilnadu (40 Kms from Bangalore)

Position reports to - VP (Operations) and CHRO

What you would do:

1. Managing multiple plants spread across the country.

2. Will strive to make the workplace a 'Great Pace to Work'.

3. Champion the development of Factory employees: run coaching, mentoring initiatives. Design and deliver learning initiatives.

4. Ensuring delivery in key HR functions - recruitment, performance management, reward & recognition, and learning & development at the plants.

5. Concluding the wage settlements with unions of different units and handle the stakeholders.

6. Implementing the employment laws and adherence of statutory compliance at the plants.

7. Supporting and resolving employee grievances.

8. Effectively manage Contractual / workmen in line with the Labour Laws and as per the organizational requirements.

9. Facilitate compliance audits at the plant pertaining to labour laws.

10. Ensure all safety programs are followed within the units.

A successful candidate should be:

1. A full-time Post Graduate in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations.

2. 15+ years of experience in Employee Relations and Human Resources with manufacturing setup.

3. Experience in managing scale and multi-site.

4. Strive to maintain coordinal relations with employees & external stakeholders.

5. Strong negotiation skills.

6. Ability to work in teams with a diverse set of team members.
