DGM - Direct Taxation

Location: Mumbai

- Direct Taxation (including International Taxation): Expertise in the area of Direct Taxes, knowledge of international taxation, good knowledge of transfer pricing,

- Assessments & Appeals: Experience in attending assessments, appeals at Income-tax Department, good knowledge of Income-tax Department procedures

- Tax Laws: Good interpretational skills of tax laws and ability to develop tax planning ideas

- e-Compliance & Returns : Ability to address the issues arising in e-compliance such as e-filing of tax returns, TDS returns etc

- Accounting Standards : Good knowledge of accounting standards more particularly deferred tax accounting,

- Tax Audit : Competence in meeting tax counsels, interacting with tax auditors, statutory auditors

- SAP operating knowledge is a Must

Candidate Profile:

- Candidate should be CA (pass out between 2003 - 2005) with a total 9 - 12 years experience.

- Candidate should have rich experience in Direct Taxation (including litigation)

- SAP knowledge is a MUST
