Job Definition: Drive marketing engagement and adoption and own the success metric for Consumer electronics products. The individual will lead the CRM revenue function and manage CRM promotion spends. He/She must appreciate the importance of customer relationship management in consumer electronics industry as also the application of a complete suite of marketing services - SMS & email campaigns, social media for outreach. Generate repeat purchases and enable incremental sales.
Key responsibilities:
- Understand consumer purchase behavior trends o Appreciate big data analytics and identification of consumer segments
- Create suitable marketing campaigns considering the needs of the identified consumer segments
- Set-up internal processes for up-sell, cross sell execution, reporting and resource allocation basis customer segmentation
- Lead and drive delivery of revenue KPIs
- Manage external agencies for CRM execution to drive adoption, engagement and revenue
- Generate growth plans to achieve delivery of Monthly/Quarterly/ Annual revenue goals
- Own the product adoption metrics for Engagement (CRM, Feedback & Digital Marketing)
- Draw insights from quantitative and sentiment analysis and leverage these findings to solve for customer engagement and churn
Desired
- The candidate Must have a professional Masters Degree / Diploma in Management / Business Administration from a reputable B-School
- Must have a total of 12~15 years of work experience with relevant experience in CRM , Must have worked on analytics and insights for Databased-Driven marketing
- Must have thorough understanding of and sensitivity towards utilizing databases for CRM marketing and best practices therein
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a strong drive to take complete ownership of delivering growth for the concerned product categories
- Must have a strong acumen for understanding revenue, channel x customer trends and generate business growth plans / promotions activities accordingly to drive growth
