We have been retained by our client, one the leading Automotive MNC (Capital Equipment) for as they are looking for DGM-Contracts for Kolkata
Job Profile :
Implementation of CPH / CPT Business Model for Aftermarket to counter balance strategy of competitor activity.
- Framing Draft agreements, Purchase order terms for Vendors
- Assisting Marketing team & Service team with Commercial & Legal risk
- Single point of contact for all contract related subjects for internal and external Customers.
- Complete contract management through contract portfolio management, negotiations, executions, claims and Risk Management for all customers across India.
- Handle Commercial function for dealing with Public & Private sector customers
- Handle Security Deposits for All Contracts in India
- Preparing SCA & Costing for Machines & Repair Rebuild of Machines
- Negotiating with Customers for compliance with our Standard terms & conditions
- Participating in Pre NIT meeting, NIT meeting, Bid document preparation & Business decisions
