Job Profile:

- Custodian of the compensation philosophy, design & structures for the organization

- Managing Senior Leadership compensation & benefits

- Statutory Implementations and Building Backups in Team for the same

- MIS and Note sign offs for critical changes/new implementation in C&B processes & policy

- PMS Related Activities (Hikes, Bonus and Promotions)

- Overseeing C&B and SSHR BAU Actionables under Dashboards (Insights etc), Payroll and Governance

- Contract Staff Invoice Checking and Comp Fitment for Off rolls to On rolls movement

- Comp Study Participation and Benchmarking with Aon Hewitt FY 19-20

- Compensation and Benefits and related polices alignment

- Risk and Audit

- Long Term incentives & Top Talent Rewards

- HR Analytics

- HR Automation
