Responsibilities :
- Design and manage India compensation & Benefits policies and practices
- Work on compensation management and benefit plans.
- To handle salary revision and bonus process including strategic decision guidance with respect to budget allocation, employee eligibility and coverage
- Co-Ordination with various Vendor for a timely deliverable
Profile:
- Knowledge of HR ERP modules like SAP
- Industry experience - Manufacturing
- Must have Knowledge on Labor law and Indian legislations like Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, etc.
