job Description:  Job responsibilities:   - Person will be responsible for ensuring all compliances & filings under Companies Act and SEBI Regulations   - Maintaining & updating Statutory Registers and records   - Attending to shareholders- grievances, dividend payments, processing requests for Unpaid/unclaimed dividends, share transfers, transmissions, duplicate issue etc.   - Ensuring compliance's under Companies Act & Rules, Secretarial Standards, Listing Agreement and other applicable Regulations.   - Drafting and preparing Notices, Agendas, Minutes, Disclosure documents, Annual Report and maintaining statutory records, registers etc.   - Preparing and filing of necessary Forms (XBRL & non-XBRL) /Documents/returns with ROC, and Stock Exchanges and be fully conversant with portals of MCA, NSE, and BSE.   - Handling Dividend payments including revalidations, shareholders- grievances pertaining to share transfer, transmissions, duplicate issuance etc.   - Liasion with Stock Exchanges/SEBI/ROC/Auditors/Legal firms/RTA/Practising CS as required.  Puja
