DGM - Company Secretarial - IT/KPO/Telecom

Role purpose :

- To lead and manage the Corporate Secretarial function for VSSI and the Holding Companies aligned to the VSSI and departmental goals while maintaining appropriate transparency and self-regulation in line with statutory requirements and expectations of the Vodafone way

- To ensure full compliance with respect to the entity level statutory compliances expected out of the Corporate Secretarial function.
