DGM Claims & Settelments

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

- Management of Company's e-store partner's claims and settlements.

- Strategizing and executing projects to ensure quicker settlement of partner claims.

- Program Manager for high impact projects related to Partner management, claims & settlements.

- Preparing insightful analysis based on business needs.

KEY RESULT AREAS :

- E-store interface for partner escalations.

- Setting up incentive/penalty clauses and monitoring as per contract clauses.

- Interfacing with the partner's legal, Finance and Ops teams to ensure seamless operations.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :

- Relevant work experience of 8 to 12 years in Financial reconciliations and settlements

- Ecommerce work experience would be a huge plus

- Excellent thought process in terms of real life problem solving

- Strong academic and professional credentials with a proven track record or outstanding achievements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree + CA/CS qualification is must.
