About Client: Leading FMCG comapny - Must have worked in Bakery Company in Manufacturing. - Must have worked in established set up of large FMCG companies. - Must be conversant with contract manufacturing requirements and must have handled 3P operations in Bakery. - Must have handled own unit in the leadership capacity. - Must be conversant with factory commercials in 3P and own unit perspective. - Part of Greenfield project (Not Must), Exposure to Projects (Add on) - Must have handled teams remotely and also multiple plants. - Must be able to quickly establish network of 3P manufacturers based on past experience. - Must be conversant with quality control operations. - Must be conversant with Bakery packaging quality requirements - Must have handled audits - Quality, Commercial - Handled exports certification (Not must) - Must have handled PP module of SAP. Qualities expected: - Business focus - Ability to lead - System & process oriented - Proactive - Solution seeker Qualification: BTech, MTech in Food Technology, Food Science, MSc Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, BE Mechanical, Electrical, MBA (Added advantage) Experience : 12-20 years of relevant experience, Experience in Bakery is a MUST
