DGM - Category - Staples/Edible Oil - Retail (8-16 yrs)
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for display and merchandising. Maintaining and monitoring stocks and proper shelving according to the planogram. Should be able to negotiate stock space/shelving whenever required. Make reports including, market trends, competition, expiry, sales and promotion. Provide customer service and able to demonstrate good communication skills.

- Customer Reach (Bill penetration /ABV)
- Regular availability of assortment
- Promotion Calendar/ Seasonal Offers
- Understanding of the category in terms of drivers for sales and margins
PEOPLE
- Relationship management with internal teams (zones/regions) and external vendors.
- Working with internal team in coordination
