DGM - Business Review Committee - Chairman's Office (13-19 yrs)
- As part of the Chairman's Secretariat, you will be responsible for Strategy formulation, execution of these strategies, evaluate new business opportunities, track current domestic & international markets, conduct diagnosis of key issues the organisation is facing & develop benchmarking frameworks, including strategy across the group to provide solutions.
- You will also monitor performance & improvement of group companies, identify avenues of improvement. Support long range planning & annual operating plans, both strategic as well as Financials. Apart from this, you will also evaluate and assess the impact, probability and consequence of potential risk and preparing detailed mitigation plan along with the Management Team.
- You will also be required to take a lead role in conceptualizing & executing process transformations across the group.
