We are having urgent opening for the position of DGM- Business Lead (Market Place) for one of our Life Style (Luggage) Brand in Mumbai.

Position Details:

Organization: Life Style (Luggage) Brand

Designation: DGM- Business Lead (Market Place)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Around 7 to 15 Years of experience in setting up the Market Place platform and Business on Flipkart, Amazon and other portals mainly for Luggage, Backpack or FMCD Industries.

Salary: As per the Industry

Role & Responsibilities:

- Setting and achieving aspirational growth targets for the online side of the business

- Building the Joint Business Plan, defining the metrics, and driving the sales of the specific eCommerce accounts and building relationships with the Planning and executing complete business operations of e-commerce at each level - Front end operations, Product Assortment, Supply chain, Distribution and CRM.

- Building the forecast at a product at region and account level; monitoring the products listed and ensuring the deliveries of orders to achieve a market share of products.

- Establishing working relationships with e-commerce partners, improving content on partner platforms & driving and enabling exclusive launches

- Identifying the Key Business Drivers for this channel and managing channel forecasts

- Collaboration with internal as well as external stakeholders to achieve the desired share in each category

Expectations:

- Should have successfully set up the Market Place platform on Flipkart, Amazon and other portals resulting in a scaled-up business with a dominant market share as compared to competitors. Should have the ability to build volumes with E-Com platforms on outright buying models.

- Proficient in managing data, and leveraging insights to drive penetration.

- Proven capability of interacting with key personnel within Platforms and building business values through strategic and tactical initiatives.

- Entrepreneurial mindset to get the job done single-handedly. Strong Analytical as well as Communication skills
