DGM - Business Development - Pharma/Healthcare Domain - Real Estate

Recruiting DGM Business Development - Real Estate Consulting Firm for Pharma / Healthcare domain.

Synopsis of the Role :

- Create proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials with the pursuit team and national/local marketing professionals

- Establish corporate relationships with key decision-makers across various organisational levels.

- Responsible for formulating and implementing the business's marketing and business development strategies based on the strategic directions and targets of the business

- Act as a thought partner and advisor to the business lines for the Pharma/ Healthcare sector marketing and business development activities.

- Evaluates industry and business trends and analyses performance and responds with necessary business change.

- Generating leads through strong network in the Healthcare/ Pharma sector such as Hospitals/ Diagnostic Centres/ Medical stores (Retail chains)

- Meeting with prospective clientele and making brief presentation of projects executed by the firm.

REQUIREMENTS :

- Bachelor's degree /MBA with 8+ years of experience preferred

- Business Development experience is a must in the Healthcare/ Pharma sector
