DGM - Business Analyst

Job description for the position of DGM Business Analyst with our client who is a leading Pune based Real Estate Developer.

Position Title: DGM Business Analyst.

Reports To: CMD Office - BH

Location: Pune

CTC Range: Up to 25 lakhs per annum.

Job Summary:

- Spearhead and execute strategic initiatives to enhance the organization's capability to pursue its goals.

- Support in the preparation of business plans, future development, and new initiatives.

- Analyze market trends and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Focus:.

- Suggest and plan initiatives to leverage innovative concepts/opportunities in the real estate market.

- Review industry benchmarks to ensure KPDL's competitiveness in revenue generation, cost of capital, and cost-effectiveness.

- Identify acquisition/backward integration opportunities and seek management approval for inorganic growth initiatives.

Operational Focus:

- Conduct internal audits of business processes across functions as per SOPs.

- Monitor implementation and achievement of the business plan, reporting progress to management.

- Identify potential risks for the organization with KPDL's rapid growth strategy and develop risk mitigation strategies.

- Communicate business threats/risks to management and recommend measures to address them.

- Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and revise objectives and plans accordingly.

Education and Experience:

- Master's degree in Finance or CA qualification.

- Preferably from top 10 B-schools with 5-7 years of experience closely working with senior management.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis.

- Proactive with a strong desire to achieve results.

- Ability to initiate and lead strategic initiatives effectively.
