We have a Branch Manager opportunity for a leading consumer durable company in home appliance ans home electronics.
- Should have expertise in different modes of Go-to-Market (Distribution, direct dealers, wholesalers)
- Should have handled upward of 50-100+ channel partners in past roles
- To manage the sales operations & P&L Responsibilities
- Responsible for the training and development of Sales staff of dealers, distributors & outlets from time to time and giving them tips to counter attack competition
- Responsible for establishing Distributors & Direct Dealers network.
- Market mapping/Intelligence and appointing and expanding dealer network and thereby increasing the market share.
- Responsible for achieving primary and secondary objectives of the company.
- Analyze and compare sales plans with the sales forecast and implement appropriate sales activities to achieve targeted sales.
- Appointing and developing appropriate channel partners as per the need of the territory. Discovering sales opportunities and constantly expand the reach of products. Handle entire Branch Sales. Handle Budget for Branch.
Job Location - Raipur
Reporting to - Zonal Head (West)
Age - Between 35-42
Work Exp - 8-10 years if from Premier B-School, 12-15 years if otherwise
Should be holding similar responsibilities in current organisations
