EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: - Post Graduate - Professional degree in Management with specialization in Road Logistics Key Accountabilities - Detailed study of present Coal Transportation module to assess the present opportunities and threat for various customers being catered from KPT. - To develop Transportation module without any exposure to AEL - To make Transportation Business as separate Profit Center and earn budgeted revenue. - To coordinate with Port, Marketing and Customers for managing Third Party vessel handling contract at port. - To develop system and process for improving vehicle TAT at port. - To make a strategy to divert other ports business with cost effective FOR deliveries - Effective development and deployment of manpower resources and fixing accountability.
