DGM/AGM - Customer Service Operations - Automobile (12-18 yrs)
We have an urgent opening for the role of DGM/ AGM with a leading Automobile Company based in Pune.
Looking for 12 + years of experience in handling Marketing Campaigns, Dealing with Dealers, Business Development, Coordination with Insurance companies, Insurance renewals, Digitization, Customer enhancement, promotional schemes.
Job profile: Customer Service - Operations
Responsible for Accident Management & Marketing
- Drive Collision parts business development. (which is approximately 1/3rd of our overall business)
- Co-ordination with Insurance companies to retain customers at authorized workshops and thereby support in Accident Management business growth.
- Drive Insurance renewals resulting in higher revenue in workshops.
- Liason with Insurance companies/surveyors for better claim settlement ratios.
- Devise campaigns for better Body & Paint (B&P) business development.
- Insurance & Accident management KPI monitoring and strategy development towards sustainable growth for B&P business pan India.
- Digitisation of Accident management business (Mobile approvals etc.)
- Achieving high CSI in B&P business.
- Central marketing plan development and execution in close coordination with Retail marketing team.
- Plan promotional schemes for Service products and new business.
- Manage marketing budgets.
