Corporate Engagement Leader
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead the corporate outreach initiative across India
- Identify, grow and manage relationships with leading corporates as Strategic Partners with the primary objective of getting firm commitments from companies to hire graduates/working professionals
- Become a trusted partner for the corporate's upskilling & re-skilling needs, in terms of talent supply or any potential training offering
- Conceptualize and lead initiatives with Partners to create programs such as train & hire, scholarships, ackathons that open new distribution channels for Great Learning
- Creating job opportunities by working closely with Partners, understanding their requirements and mapping students and graduates to these requirements. -
- Work closely with cross functional teams to create successful outcomes for partners and students Skills:- Sales, Channel Sales and B2B Sales
Requirements :
- Post Graduate/MBA from reputed University
- 8+ yrs exp in Enterprise / Corporate Sales for HR/Training /Recruitment Solutions or exp with reputed University/group of Colleges in Post Graduate program stream
- Having existing relationship with HR/Recruitment/CXOs of IT/Technology/ E commerce/startups and companies hiring technology professionals
- Ability to build up new relationships in India and nurture them for placement of alumni/students completing technical courses/Diplomas/certifications
- Ability to manage and build up teams
