Job Position Name : Head -Administration

Work Location : NCR -Delhi-Okhla

Reporting : Promoter

Job responsibilities involve but not limited to :-

1. Prepare Administrative Budget & road map w.r.t needs & requirements of Business operations

2. Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs and optimize resources

3. Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.

4. Identification of NEW Facility as need be.

5. Liaising with various government agencies

6. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

7. Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception and Cafeteria establishing policies, procedures and work schedules.

8. Taking care of all compliance related issues such as security, liaising with local bodies and other related matters

9. Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.

10. Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery.

11. Complete responsibility for taking care of end to end to

- Administration and Liaisoning

- Housekeeping and Facility Management

- Providing support for maintenance of Facilities PAN India

- Maintenance of company owned vehicles

- Vendor Management

- Regulatory compliance

- Maintenance of chairman's office

12. Estate Management, maintenance, upkeep of properties both belonging to organization & personal one- s

13. To co-ordinate and ensure that all the required items for proper functioning of offices are procured well with-in the budget & timelines following all the processes

14. Ensure that all facilities, furniture, fixtures and equipment and other assets are properly and carefully maintained.

15. Optimization of Resources: Develop systems to economize on consumables as far as possible, without compromising quality and ensure that wastefulness is avoided.

16. Ensure the physical verification of office property and stocks at least once a year and ensure the maintenance of stock registers accurately.

17. Ensure proper standards of health, hygiene and safety in facilities .Ensure regular supply of good drinking water and adequate sanitary facilities in premises.

18. Engage quality services and monitor them on a daily basis with utmost care; report any damage or bad quality to concerned and initiate necessary steps to correct the same

19. Maintain all the Inventory records and follow all the norms and processes as specified in the policy

20. Proactively think through the measures that need to be implementing in safeguarding and optimizing utilization of resources

21. Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results

22. Provide timely resolution through ESS for any/all employee suggestions, concerns or complaints

23. Any other assignments as directed by management in course of duty

Note : This is a senior Most position, Heading & Managing Multiple facilities across Pan-India.
