I. Job Description:
- Responsible for providing Legal support to the business teams
- Focal point in :
a. Preparation of all legal documentation, resolution of legal issues, contractual communications and commitments.
b. Handling litigations, esp pertaining to Arbitration
c. All corporate transactions
- Preparation of brief for Senior lawyers, updation of legal documentation pertaining to civil/criminal courts in which the Co. may be involved
- Represent the organization in all legal proceedings.
- Create a litigation free environment.
- Liaisoning with external legal consultants, wherever required
II. Job Specifications
Qualification : LLB/LLM
Experience :
- 15-18 yrs (preferably in Manufacturing /Pharma/ Banking industry) or working with Individual lawyers dealing with corporate clients.
- Good knowledge of Civil/ / Criminal/Regulatory/ Corporate/ law, Regulatory matter, service matter, Litigations, Settlements, Consumer matters, Licenses, petitions etc.
- Should have familiarity with UP CrPC
- Should be networked with top Delhi & UP Lawyers, High Court & Supreme Court Lawyers
III. Personality traits:
- Confident
- Lateral thinker and doer
- Strong communication and people management skills
