What are you expected to do ? - Setting up high quality processes on the digital platform that sets us up for future success. - Identifying the areas where processes can be automated in our system, this would include both internal / external products for automation. - Working on the entire digital platform. - Exploring and evaluating partners for 3rd party products to integrate with our platform. - Documenting requirements, creating process flows and running the integration from start till go-live. - Follow-up with external agencies for getting the end to end implementation and regular monitoring of the product post going live. - Collaborating with external agencies & startups for integrating solutions to speed up go-live. - Identifying core user problems by speaking to users and analyzing data. What are we looking for ? - 3-5 Years of Work-ex in wealthtech space. - Worked on banking open APIs or experience in managing large scale integrations. - High ownership and ability to get things done. - Detail Oriented and ability to manage work with multiple stakeholders - internal as well as external. - Collaborating with Tech, Ops, Product and design team.
