Dexter Capital Advisors - Analyst/Senior Analyst

The person should have at least 1-2 years of experience of working at an Investment Banking firm or equivalent (KPO, Big 4, Consulting, Business Advisory firm). S/he should have cleared at least CFA level 2 and demonstrate keenness towards investment banking. The candidate should have a thorough understanding of financial concepts and also demonstrate a good understanding of business and exhibit analytical ability. Graduates from top engineering (IITs/BITS/NITs) / Delhi University (St. Stephens, SRCC, SSCBS, LSR) colleges will be preferred

JD/KRAs :

- Preparation of collaterals such as teasers, IMs, financial models, competition mapping, valuation comps, etc.

- Lead Industry/Sector research for deal sourcing and assist the Team Leader in assessing and finalizing M&A/VC/PE mandates

- Support the Team Leader in coordinating due diligence processes

- Support the Team Leader in evaluation of new opportunities

- Proactively work on updating internal MIS/Databases

Requisite Skills

- Excellent skills with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong presentation & financial modeling skills are non-negotiable.

- Proven logical and analytical skills

- Great communication skills - both verbal & written

- Should be able to prioritize effectively on mix of long & short term deadlines
