The professional will be a part of the executive team of direct tax division and shall focus on providing M&A Tax and Direct Tax Advisory services to clients - both Domestic & International.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA's):

- M&A Tax/ Transaction Tax Advisory and opinion on Merger, Demergers, Slump sales, Business Succession and Transaction Tax.

- Advisory and assistance in setting up Family trust and related structures.

- Consultation & Advisory on Direct Taxation (Domestic & International).

- Advisory assistance on international tax issues such as Cross Border Transactions, DTAA aspects, Withholding Tax, Permanent Establishments, Foreign Company Strategies, Repatriations etc.

- Designing efficient tax structure, in compliance with the statutory regulations.

- Advise on tax efficient Outbound and Inbound structures.

Indicative CTC Range: Commensurate with skill set & experience and linked to meritocracy.

Requisite Qualification: Chartered Accountant / LLB

Requisite Experience, Skills & Attributes:

We seek a candidate with in-depth experience in Direct Tax Advisory/ M&A Tax/ Transaction Tax. Preference shall be given to candidates who possess:

- Knowledge & Experience in M&A Tax/ Transaction Tax Advisory and Direct Tax Advisory at reputed consulting / CA firms / Law Firms / Industry.

- Updated, In depth knowledge of Direct Tax Legislations in India.

- Sound commercial knowledge.

- Should have a strong academic background.

- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Dynamic result-oriented candidate.
