Consultant/ Senior Consultant Direct Tax - Mergers & Acquisitions/ Transaction Taxation Chartered Accountant Profile in brief : The professional will be a part of the executive team of direct tax division and shall focus on providing Direct Tax Advisory services to clients - both Domestic & International. Job Specifications : Designation : Consultant/ Senior Consultant Division : Direct Taxation Requisite Qualification : Chartered Accountant Requisite Experience : 3 - 6 years of post-qualification experience CTC Range : Commensurate with skill set, Experience and merit comparable to best in industry standards Key Responsibility Areas (KRA's) : - Consultation & Advisory on Direct Taxation (Domestic & International). - M&A family settlements and also succession planning. - Advisory assistance on international tax issues such as Cross Border Transactions, DTAA aspects, Withholding Tax, Permanent Establishments, Foreign Company Strategies, Repatriations etc. - Designing efficient tax structure, in compliance with the statutory regulations. - Tax due diligence. - M&A Outbound and Inbound aspects structuring & advise. Ideal Candidate Profile : - Knowledge & Experience in Direct Taxation / Corporate Taxation Advisory at reputed consulting / CA firms / Law Firms. - Updated, In depth knowledge of Direct Tax Legislations in India. - Sound commercial knowledge. - Should have a strong academic background. - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. - Dynamic result-oriented candidate.
