JOB DESCRIPTION - KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS : We seek a CA with 2 to 4 years of post qualification experience for the following role : 1. Consultation & Advisory on Direct Taxation (Domestic & International). 2. M&A, Transaction & Business reconstruction advisory. 3. Designing efficient tax structure, in compliance with the statutory regulations and tax planning. 4. Tax due diligence Indicative CTC Range : 7.5 - 10 lakhs (Best in industry and commensurate with skill set & experience and linked to meritocracy) To Qualify for the Role, You must have : 2 to 4 years of relevant post qualification experience Qualification as : Chartered Accountant Requisite Skills & Attributes for Success : 1. Knowledge & Experience in Direct Taxation / Corporate Taxation Advisory at reputed consulting / CA firms / Law firms. 2. Updated, In depth knowledge of Direct Tax Legislation in India. 3.
