PROFILE IN BRIEF The candidate will work closely with the Senior Management of Clients &amp; Partners of the Firm for planning, coordinating &amp; executing Statutory Audits for clients ranging from mid to large corporate across industry verticals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Understanding and acquiring in-depth knowledge of a client's business and system of accounting; analysis &amp; review of financial statements 2. IND AS engagements involving planning, co-ordination and overall project management. 3. Understanding impact assessment of IND AS on design and business processes 4. Responsible for execution of Statutory Audits and give key inputs 5. Involved in carrying out Statutory audit / Limited Reviews/ Tax Audit 6. Planning the audit, preparation of the audit programme, and ensuring compliance with audit methods and reporting as per statutory obligations; 7. Drafting and presentation of auditor's report and review of significant accounting policies and notes to accounts. 8. Follow-up of developments and external publications relating to IND AS. 9. Interacting with Promoters / Senior Management of allocated client groups for ensuring management &amp; successful execution of assignments. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE - At least 2+ years of experience in execution and supervision of statutory &amp; tax audits of mid to large corporate clients in various industry sectors; - Mandatory working experience of IND AS for Listed Clients - Proficiency in handling a wide spectrum of activities encompassing finalization of accounts, reviewing internal systems &amp; procedures and extending remedial actions / suggestion for improvement of the same; - Well versed with modern accounting systems, procedures &amp; provisions of Companies Act, Income Tax Act, - GST and other Laws relating to Corporate Audits; - A track record of academic excellence - In depth experience in Audit of large clients from diversified industries built whilst working at&nbsp;reputed Chartered Accountancy Firms in India - Proven supervisory &amp; leadership skills &amp; experience in managing a reasonably sized team HR Department
