KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (KRAs): - Rendering advisory services involving evaluation and execution of assignments pertaining to Fund Sourcing, Mergers &amp; Acquisitions, and Joint Ventures, Foreign Collaborations etc. - Equity Placement through domestic &amp; international sources including PE Funds, HNIs &amp; Family Offices. - Transaction Support including preparation of Information Memorandums, Business Plans, Valuation Reports, Due Diligence etc. - Interacting and coordinating with other verticals of the firm including tax and regulatory to attain relevant support for investment advisory mandates. Key service offerings include : - Advising on buy side/sell side/joint venture mandates across sectors in and outside India. - Advising on the placement of private capital as financial or strategic investments. - Structuring of transactions to maximize return for the client while limiting potential risks. - Fund Sourcing - Assisting and advising the client on commercial negotiations and documentation of definitive agreements. - Providing transaction support services including due diligence, equity valuation, financial projections, feasibility studies, preparing the business plan, preparing pitch books etc. Required Candidate Skill Set: - Excellent Analytical and Numerical Skills - Good Communication &amp; Presentation Skills - High Degree of Self Motivation &amp; desire to learn - We seek a candidate with 1-3 years of post qualification (CA / MBA / CFA +MBA) experience in Investment Banking / Private Equity / Corporate Finance / Financial Consultancy / Transaction Advisory Services or similar industry where he/she would have developed knowledge &amp; skill sets to fulfill the KRA above.
