Dewan P.N. Chopra & Co - Analyst - Transaction Advisory

The candidate shall be responsible for :

- Rendering advisory services involving evaluation and execution of assignments pertaining to Fund Sourcing, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Joint Ventures, Foreign Collaborations etc.

- Equity Placement through domestic & international sources including PE Funds, HNIs & Family Offices.

- Transaction Support including preparation of Information Memorandums, Business Plans, Valuation Reports, Due Diligences etc.

- Interacting and coordinating with other verticals of the firm including tax and regulatory to attain relevant support for investment advisory mandates.

Required Candidate Skill Set:

- Excellent Analytical and Numerical Skills

- Good Communication & Presentation Skills

High Degree of Self Motivation & desire to learn
