- Development of new products - Ideation, concept creation, product creation & execution pan India, training of team at corporate, regional & national levels.
- Process evaluation of the product with recipe & costing.
- Process alignment in the restaurant as per organisation system & standards.
- Take careful notes of customers requirements, demographics into consideration while developing new products.
- Operation team training & co-ordination related to product assembling & execution.
- Process evaluation of the product at plant level for commercialization.
- Co-ordination with legal & Quality Assurance team as per the food safety law.
- Ensure that the Company Health and Safety regulations and procedures are maintained.
- Carry out assessment review of products and set out development measures.
