Devyani International - HR Business Partner

- Support the management team by managing Brand's Business-As-Usual tasks and providing strategic coverage for HR interventions and project-based HR initiatives at a regional level.

- Ensure smooth execution of all HR operations and HR Administrative duties.

- Execution of HR processes in compliance with corporate guidelines and standards, records management, leave and attendance, payroll, exit, employee relations - managing both tasks and the processes at a multi-location level.

- Manage and control the HR policies and procedures. Ensure the policies are in compliance with the local legal requirements as well as the corporate strategy. Improving HR processes, communicating and ensuring its adherence at store level

- Implement a performance management process and develop/implement a system to support it while addressing Performance issues

- Ensure the payroll and HR reports are completed on time across all locations as allocated.

- Ensure the HR records are maintained and updated

- Manage employee relations and the disciplinary and grievance processes

- Helping to retain/motivate talent by executing engagement activities, proactively resolving grievances, attending CAM/Patch meetings

- Mobilization and induction of new employees

- Managing Terminations and resignations. Conducting Exit Analysis for managers.

- Advise department heads on HR issues and local laws

- Organizing staff events (annual party, team building etc.)

- Increasing HR connect with stores employees via planned store visits, connect sessions, open houses, VOCs

- Ensuring Talent Acquisition for upcoming stores and support hiring for existing stores

- Driving internal employee development initiatives and being part of various development sessions

- Driving the assessment centre for internal promotions
