Development Manager - GUI

Job Description:

- 12 - 16 years of software industry experience in Engineering and software development

- 5+ years of experience developing responsive and high performance GUIs

- Run a GUI development (Engineering) team of size 15 to 20

- Responsible for design and development of GUIs across multiple products

- Adoption of agile methodology, continuous integration and continuous delivery practices for faster delivery of feature releases with focus on test automation

- Scrum planning and effort estimation for managing consistent and precise release schedules

- Coordinate design discussions and reviews among team members and encourage and influence design improvements

- Collaborate effectively with peer teams and stakeholders - product management, QA, documentation, delivery and support teams

- Actively participate in architecture discussion and contribute to technology strategy

- Encourage diverse view points from within and outside the team, maintain innovation-focused & result-oriented work-culture

Educational Qualification:

- BE. / B.Tech., M.E./M. Tech. or M. Sc. in Computer Science / MCA from a reputed college.

Skill Set and Work Experience:

- 5+ years of experience developing responsive and high performance GUIs
