Development Manager - IT

- Having experience in Java and in Telecom Domain

- Must have 13 to 16 years of overall technology experience in wireless/telecom/VoIP/data networking domain.

- Must have 3+ years of management experience in leading software R&D engineering team.

- Must have hands-on experience with JAVA programming/debugging (may include C/C++ exp. for couple of years); Knowledge of XML/JSON/YAML are plus.

- Deep knowledge of one of the protocols such as SIP and/or SS7(MAP or CAMEL/CAP or SCCP or TCAP) or Diameter or GTP is must.

- Knowledge of technologies such as Drools and Hazelcast will be useful.

- Must have good knowledge of user-level UNIX/Linux/Solaris system.

- Experience of working in an agile software development environment is critical

- Exposure to multiple aspect of product lifecycle process including requirement gathering, functional specification, design, development, testing, and maintenance.

- Candidates with experience on products like MSC, SBC, HLR, IMS nodes (S-CSCF, P-CSCF, IM-SSF, MGCF, BGCF, HSS, TAS (application servers), etc.), Firewall, etc. will be preferred
