Development Alternatives - Fellow/Deputy Manager - Micro Entrepreneurship Initiatives (0-2 yrs)
- Support the implementation of projects focused on innovation in Micro and Small Enterprise development.
- Development and implementation of innovative models and tools for enabling access to credit, marketing and training for micro entrepreneurs,
- Documentation of implementation, observations and case studies for reporting
- Track progress of the models and develop potential linkages with the larger ecosystem
- Capturing learnings and data from ground and create analytical reports for communication and knowledge products
- Maintenance (accelerated data collection, validation and tracking new metrics) of dashboards for enterprise development programs
- Will be responsible for directly working with field team and entrepreneurs to provide enterprise support services
