Developer Head - Sales - Mortgage Business (8-16 yrs)
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for Mortgage business targets which include all products like Home loan ,LAP ,Non Home loan Products
- Day to day managing business movement and driving Credit and operations team.
- Development of sales mangers team, hiring training and execution and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
- Initiating Activities in catchment to increase market penetration and developing strong relationships with the key decision makers in Builders, DSA/DMA, Branch for business development.
- Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.
- Sourcing of HNI cases of Mortgage and structuring.
Relationship Management
- Identifying prospective builders, DSA/DMA, generating business from existing, thereby achieving business targets.
- Maintaining cordial relations with sourcing channels in close co-ordination with the Service Manager to sustain of the profitability the business.
- Guiding and advising customers regarding the ever-changing trends in financial markets.
- Ensuring effective client retention by utilizing the available support services.
