About the Role

As a product manager for the young segment, you will be responsible for rolling out new capabilities targeting the new customer segment, while leveraging the large eco system that is already in place. You will be responsible for shaping the roadmap of the app, driving product innovation, and delivering high-quality features that delight our users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure that our product vision is aligned with our business goals and customer needs. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving growth through referral programs and social media engagement, helping us reach and acquire new customers at scale.

Basic Roles & Responsibilities Of A Product Manager in DTDL:

- Responsible for driving product strategy and product vision in their respective projects.

- Responsible for the end to end product development lifecycle from concept to market launch.

- Multi-functional team collaboration - interaction with users, designers, business stakeholders, engineers, other stakeholders to understand, gather, define and prioritize requirements.

- Conceptualization and detailing with wire framing/prototyping.

- Writing user stories and grooming those with design and engineering teams.

- Perform the UAT and oversee the go live of products/features.

- Defining the product road map (short term release plans and long term vision).

- Ownership of all product deliverables like documentation, marketing collateral, release trainings, external debriefings.

- Ensuring all deliverables are met on time and with expected quality.

- Certifying the product in terms of quality, performance and design requirements.

- Strong understanding of recent & emerging IT trends and technical architecture.

- Ability to handle ambiguity and change.

- Very strong logical thinking capabilities and analytical skills.

- Stakeholder management and excellent communication & presentation skills.

- Art of negotiation and prioritization.

- Ability to manage teams and build close relationships with different team members.

You Must Have:

- Relevant experience: 4-8 years (relevant Product Management Experience)

- B. Tech + MBA from a Tier1 Institute

- Excellent knowledge and experience in building digital platforms

- Extensive experience in creating user stories, analytics, stakeholder management, project management, coordination with technical team for development and release

- Experience of working in agile product development teams

- Excellent knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Kibana, MS Office, etc.

- Analytical working method and strong teamwork

- Mindset: "Digital first", "Customer obsessed" and "Getting things done"

- Visualize and Conceptualize ideas / features

- Ability to present new ideas in any format of choice (PPT / Wireframe / etc.)

- Strong appreciation of technology
