The role is part of a desk extension team and reports into the PB Emerging Markets Performance Management/COO team in Singapore; as well as having a local reporting line in Mumbai.

Your Key Responsibilities: (not limited to)

Essential Job Functions:

- Preparation of Cost Forecast documents and Forecast calls: Coordination, review financials, comments & uploads.

- Support Cost & FTE Management, which includes maintenance of hiring pipeline & other FTE housekeeping activities.

- Support various planning rounds incl. adjustments of planning scenarios, alignment with global planning team.

- Upload planning figures in the system, maintenance of planning figures during the year (adjustments).

- Monthly Cost and FTE forecast loads in the system, preparing commentary for explaining MoM variations.

- Cost Deep dives and providing Commentaries on ExCo / Monthly Review Meetings.

- Support / run specific Performance Management related projects (e.g. Client profitability analysis, client segment analysis, cost driver analysis, new KPI steering approach, etc.)

- Project can be with specific focus or could have global background.

Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

- Aptitude for analytical tasks and ability to pull out the key messages

- Strong understanding of Cost and Headcount (P&A) topics for Plan/Forecast

- Good working knowledge of PowerPoint presentations

- Ability to constructively challenge senior colleagues

- Very Good Excel working knowledge

- Strong communication skills with excellent English, both orally and written

- Good knowledge of the financial sector
