Who we are looking for :

- 5+ years of relevant people management experience of HR Operations teams for mid to large-sized companies (500+ employees). Start-up experience preferred.

- Data-driven with strong analytical skills, you are intrinsically a problem solver!

- Ability to operate in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments

- Comfortable with ambiguity, taking initiative with little to no direction excites you

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- High personal integrity and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality

What you will do :

- Play a critical role in crafting strategies and driving its implementation across operational aspects of HR; policy formulation, process improvisations across employee onboarding and support to build a unified people experience.

- Champion and own execution to support the changing needs of the business across all phases of the employee lifecycle: onboarding, employee relations, grievance management, payroll, statutory compliance, exit management.

- Drive the design, maintenance, and continued optimization of the core HRMS system and processes across the employee lifecycle.

- Collaborate with HRBPs and cross-functional/regional Managers to identify key operational challenges and formulate a data-driven strategy to solve for it and promote system advocacy and adoption.

- Build intelligence and insights from data related to the employee lifecycle and analyze trends, enabling a more proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Lead a team of HR specialists to achieve operational excellence while encouraging the build of a strong team culture in alignment with our values.
