Designated CEO - Life & Business Coaching Company (4-8 yrs)
For a reputed - Life & Business Coach- based out of Ahmedabad, we are in search of a mature mid-senior level person who can do handle a separate vertical (all-on-his/her own).
The company - Life & Business Coaching Company - has designed certain products, planners, diaries, written certain books on leadership, et al are looking for a person who can manage the entire portfolio. 2-3 reporting shall be given at a later stage. Currently this vertical (a part of the entire company) is doing 35 lacs worth of revenue in sales per year. The target is to reach 1 Cr in 2 years. The company is using different online channels to generate sales.
- The person should know online sales in and out.
- The person should have the complete know-how of digital marketing.
- The person should have done P&L for his set of products. The person should be sales/target oriented.
- The person should have entrepreneurial mind bend to work in an ever-changing and a competitive environment.
The picture of an ideal person for this role:
An ideal person should be in the age range of 28 to 32 with an extensive knowledge of online sales through various means/avenues, should have worked in a large organisation at national level (PAN India level) and is ready to move to Ahmedabad and work in a startup with energy & vigour to make it big.

Salary is not a constraint. 10 lacs & above + % sharing from the incremental revenue generated.
Minimum experience required: 4-5 years.
Age Range: 28 to 32 years.
Base Location: Ahmedabad.
Reporting to Director / Founder of the company.
- The person has to visit clients, vendors, prepare and give presentations to them. Leverage existing relationships, negotiate with a prospective client in order to enhance market penetration and revenues.
- Identify new and prospective channels of sales, initiate and develop alternative sources of channels/avenues to increase business.
- Identify, develop and negotiate with clients on regular basis.
- Keep following targeted clients/channels/avenues.
- Prepare, monitor and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- See to it that payment has come on time from the client/channel partners/others.
- See to it that the goals of the company as a whole are met at each stage of your activities.
- See to it that local sales promotion (BTL) and Online promotion is in place.
