Design Research Lead - Industrial/Product Design
Location : Gurgaon (On-site)
- We are looking out for a product and user researcher coming from an industrial design background and at least 8+ years of professional experience in leading projects from planning to in-field execution to insight delivery.
- You must possess a strong background in generating user insights, translating them into feature requirements, conducting rigorous evaluations, and communicating the findings to the stakeholders.

Responsibilities :
- Setting up the eyewear research function, and setting processes to drive product intelligence.
- Leading the product and user research initiatives to understand the customers better and generating insights for the business.
- Designing, implementing, and analyzing various types of research to help the design and R&D teams understand the user needs better.
- Prototyping and testing to help arrive at the most favorable design patterns.
- Contributing to building and maintaining the standards and capabilities in response to the evolving user and product trends.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in product design or lifestyle design or industrial design/ design research with at least 8 to 10 years of professional product and user design experience.
- Good ability to understand physical products.
- Strong interest and curiosity to understand the voice of the customer and generate user insights.
- Prior experience in product or user research design and delivery.
- Ability to moderate and facilitate user interactions.
