Design Qandy - Supply Chain Manager (6-12 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all in-bound and out-bound shipments, warehouse and inventory management.
2. Be the liaison with third party vendors, delivery and logistic partners etc.
3. Create, maintain and execute policies or procedures pertaining logistics activities of the organisation
4. Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues
5. Negotiate with suppliers or vendors to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability
6. Conduct a quality check for all inward and outward bound goods
7. Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas
8. Strong bridge between procurement and business to quantify cost savings on various O&M related work areas, working with vendors/suppliers, and monitoring Cost improvement plans.
9. Process Improvement, training and regular auditing involving Coordination with all internal and external stakeholders
10. resolution of issues and return (Reverse Logistics)
Skills:
1. 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain
2. Candidates with first mile experience in an e-commerce setup preferred
3. Experience in working with ERPs
4. Presentation Skills - Excel and Power point.
5. Collaboration Skills as the positions needs to have close working relationship with all functional heads.
6. Team Builder and People management Skills.
7. Good Communication Skills.
8. Knowledge of import, shipping and customs clearing and duty terms.
9. Experience of working in startups is a plus.
