- We are looking for a Product Manager/ Program Manager who can understand and translate business requirements into technology products. The Product manager will be a crucial bridge between the Business Team and the IT team.
- Will be part of teams on both IT side and Go to market side.
- Collaborate with the engineering team and business owner to identify problem statements, define the business goals and metrics
- Discuss product plan with Business Analyst team, IT team and concoct ways to efficiently implement them.
Must-have requirements in the candidate :
- Tech-adapt with up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and processes.
- Experience in setting up and implementing IT infrastructure for organization.
- Very Good understanding of eCommerce and web platforms.
- Through Knowledge of back-end operations integration with eCommerce.
- Outside in focus with deep insights about customer workflow to convert pain points into simple, effortless & delightful experiences.
- Expertise in interaction and building consensus across stakeholders - Marketing, Sales, Engineering and customers with clearly articulating the product requirements and implications.
- Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, payments, backend products and operational processes
- Knowledge of CRM's, ERPs.
Job criteria:
- B.E./ B.Tech and MBA from top b-schools in India
- 10 and above years of experience in software product management
- Product/Program Management experience in the tech domain preferably (web products)
- Experience in coordination of cross-functional teams.
- Experience in conceptualizing business products.
- Experience in Quality processes and implementation.
- Experience in building teams
Good to have:
- Experience of working in a Startup/E-commerce environment
- Experience working with an interior designing/e-retail firm
