Design Qandy - Manager/Senior Manager - Interior Design

Job Purpose - To convert leads as per the targets allotted and bring quality in our process of client engagement

Role :

- Interpret and translate customer needs into crude plans in order to give the client a brief understanding

- Determine client's goals and requirements for the project

- Sketch preliminary design plans, including partition layouts

- Undertake ownership of design projects from conceptualization to completion

- Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs for client's

- Co-ordinate with different stakeholders like Designer, Project Manager, Data Gatherer and vendors for different clients to ensure high quality

- Regularly visit sites during project design, execution, completion, and de-snagging stages to ensure seamless journey for the client.

Skillset needed-

- Proven record in decorating high end Residential projects interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)

- Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations

- Ability to handle multiple projects at a time

- Excellent in Communication and presentation skills

- Creative mindset

- Experience in sales and customer relationship management for home decor segment

- Basic Knowledge in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs

- 10 - 12 years' experience in Interior Design

- MBA / B.Arch / Diploma in Interior Designing
