Job Description :
- Responsible for development of Solar Offerings- New Products, Concepts & Technology Deployment, Solar Invertor Designs HF/LF with MPPT & PWM Charger Controlers

Description :
- Build and lead a team of H/W and Firmware for development of Solar Offerings
- Build & lead a team of H/W and Firmware for development of Solar Offerings
- Work with external design houses and accomplish cost/time and reliability objectives for the projects
- Responsible for Evaluating, Testing, Verifying & Validating Products-Own Design/Sourced
- Responsible for ensuring & maintaining the product compliance certification
- Publish Product Reliability Test Schedules
Profile:
- Candidates should have specialisation in product design & development in Power Electronics field with experience in Solar Products & Solutions
- Should have independently developed Solar Products with expertise in Firmware development & proficiency in H/W development
- Candidates should have minimum 8 years of experience in managing and leading a team of design engineers and the candidates should also
have expertise in inversion, conversion and charging technology
- Should be well versed with product testing and compliance requirements
- Should have good understanding of solar installations and related compliance requirements for component and systems
- Knowledge on Connected Product/Li-Ion Storage would be an added advantage
